A Certified Sustainbility Officer is considered an in-house employee whose task is to provide a sustainability plan that is custom designed for the company designated. This three-day training is considered pragmatic and essential training to provide the student with a holistic review of environmental topics related to business applications.
Cost of the trianing is $995 (minus your $250 seat reservation). Each student will be required to complete a work project in order to complete his/her training consisting of an actual Sustainability Assessment and Report. Introduction to software and support programs are also included.
Upon complettion, the student will be awarded a certificate as a Certified Sustainability Officer (a federal trademark of the Green Business League).
This course mirrors the online training offered at www.CertifiedSustainabilityOfficer.com, but has the added dimension of interaction and discussions.
Dress is casual. Training material will be supplied, but note taking is helpful. Classes are from 9am each day until 4:00 pm. Saturday session ends at 3:00 pm. Location is close to the O'Hare airport. Discounts are available when more than one attendee is from the same company.
